I just had an emergency appointment because this isn’t my actual surgery. I needed an emergency route canal done. The place was clean, well organised, and warmly welcomed, from the lovely lady on the front desk to the well-relaxing professionals that helped me. Thank you, guys. I had an NHS emergency appointment there today and I couldn't have been happier with my treatment. The lovely lady dentist I saw understood my fear of dentists and was as gentle as possible, explaining what was going on, made me feel more relaxed than normally I would be. Would definitely go there again.
Went here for an emergency appointment today and I have to say this is the best dental practice I have ever visited. Spotless and the ladies made me feel so at ease with everything. I will definitely be joining the waiting list to become a patient at this surgery. Never had a better experience at a dentist than I have at this one. Very nice and professional staff. Was referred to this practice for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I am very very scared of dentists, but Dr Hannah and her assistant (sorry didn’t catch her name) were amazing, reassured me and couldn’t believe it was all over in less then 5mins! THANK YOU! I've had two Wisdom teeth remove at this Place, Drs Hannah is very lovely and professional she was always trying to make me calm.

I have alot of anxiety about going to the dentist but they really handled the matter with care. I've never met such attentive and considerate staff. I was really touched by how patient they were with me and today I learnt what everyday healthcare SHOULD be like: personal, informative and non-judgemental. Thank you!
I had an emergency appointment arranged by 111. My son pushed me up there in my wheelchair. The staff were so kind and caring. I was able to stay in my wheelchair and taken to a nearby consulting room and treated in my chair. Wonderful caring staff.
Only visited as a weekend emergency but staff were very polite. I was seen on time and the dentist was very helpful and informative. The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
Went here through 111 for an emergency root canal as it was causing me pain. The receptionist was kind, and the dentist and dental assistant I saw were both lovely. Dr E Christian, she explained the entire procedure was really kind and made me feel secure in the whole procedure.
I visited this dentist today for an emergency with Tasneem and her lovely assistant Tatiana. I was so scared, because the pain I experienced the night before was terrible. Tasneem was soo patient with me and Tatiana was soo sweet and helped keep me calm. I would definitely recommend this practice. Even the receptionist staff are lovely and pleasant.
I saw Alisha for a clean and polish, I can't praise her highly enough. She explained clearly what she was going to do, she could sense my anxiety and gave me time to take little breathers, she was gentle but thorough, extremely professional; and my teeth look amazing! Thank you.

I went to Charlton village dental practice today on an emergency appointment. I must say, they are so welcoming. I felt relaxed even though I was in a lot of pain. The ladies that assistanted me today was so lovely, friendly and caring. They did everything they could to make sure I get the treatment I could and because of that I just want to say a massive thank you to the ladies.
Had to go here today as an emergency appointment. The dentist made all my options clear to me and we went for a full extraction. For what is quite a brutal procedure it was done with such care and felt relatively gentle, it all went brilliantly though there were early concerns there might be some complications. Amazing customers care and I am sorry I do not live close enough to go on to their books
This is a extremely good dentist I had an abscess and the dentist lanced it I'm totally better now. thank you so much to all the staff for there help I can't praise you enough
Are you familiar with receiving an excellent level of service by someone who really seems to care about you ? Well, this is it, consistently high standards right in the heart of Charlton Village. It's really good to see a culturally diverse, warm and skilled team focused on a friendly yet efficient service. From reception staff to Susan the fabulous Hygienist and Morwenna, the Dentist , they all deliver. And, the physical environment is spotless and modern, a compliment to that great service !

As Charlton Dentist took my name off from NHS register, I was very lucky that Charlton Village Dentist took me into an accident NHS appointment. I was very nervous to walk in but, Dr Foxworthy took my nerve straight away and has completed the cracked filling to remove and put new filling within 15 minutes. This was an sensational experience compared to the previous dentist. Highly recommended
